It was a questionable day as far as the weather was concerned, but we were able to get out on the course inbetween rain shows and take some great shots. The brides mom works for the David Douglas School District and that is how they found me.

I am a Hillsboro Wedding Photographer and this wedding was held at the McMenamins Roadhouse Grill near Hwy 26 next to the town of Hillsboro. The ceremony was held at the West Side Church of Christ in Beaverton. Moises is a strong Christian and it was nice to see his reverence for this special day!

I am a Washington Wedding Photographer and this wedding was held at the Red Barn in Chehalis, WA. This was my first wedding in a barn. The barn is actually two levels and the upper level is where the ceremony took place and down below was the reception space. The owner's of the Red Barn are both photographers and it was fun to talk to them about professional wedding photography for a few moments. The bride is also the sister of my best friend from college so it was good to see some faces I knew at the wedding.

I am a Oregon City Wedding Photographer and this wedding was held at a church in West Linn and the pastor of the wedding was the first one that gave me a hard time. I think had some sort of experience with someone else that was like the paparazzi. I assured him that was not me, but he was really stern with what he expected. At the reception, I thought the picture above was pretty cool because the bride and groom ended up smearing cake on the best man and maid of honor.

I am a Washington Wedding Photographer and this wedding was held at the Columbia Gorge Riverside Lodge. The ceremony was in the smallest room I have ever been in. It was super tight and unfortunately it was raining outside and there was a lot of goose droppings on the grass so going out was not an option. The train goes by right outside the door and fortunately for the bride and groom it didn't happen during the ceremony, but during the reception you could hear it rumble.
