I am a Salem Wedding Photographer and this wedding was held at Willamette Vineyards in Salem Oregon. This is the first time I have photographed a wedding at the Willamette Vineyard and I was impressed. Shooting pictures in the vineyard is great because of the strong visual line the rows of grapes create.

I am a Salem Wedding Photographer and this wedding was held in Salem at the Mission Mill Museum. This was my first authentic mexican wedding. The ceremony was all in Spanish and it was a full catholic service. It was 90 minutes of not understanding a word. However, the reception was absolutely amazing. Everyone was excited, partying, and there were lots of neat traditions. The photos above depict two native wedding traditions. I can't remember exactly what the traditions were for, but in the first picture the groom drinks out of his shoe (nasty) and in the second picture people run around the bride and groom who are standing on a chair and bump into them (kind of like a moshpit). I would love to do another mexican wedding because it was so much fun!

Lisa and Jason were married in downtown Scio, OR in the First Baptist Church. It was a small, intimate party with close friends and famiy.

Jay and Kimberly were a great couple. I met them a few weeks earlier and spent the afternoon shooting engagement pictures. They were married at a local vineyard in Rickreall, OR which is about 10 miles outside Salem.

My friend Mykal is related to Brooke and thus I was able to shoot this wedding. Brooke was very comfortable in front of the camera and the two of them made for some excellent photo opportunities. The bride and groom rode horse and buggy from the ceremony to the reception which was located in the countryside of Albany.

My friend Mykal knew the bride and groom and that is how I met this couple. They were married out in the country in the backyard of a large estate. Stephen and Jessica are both heavily involved in politics, as they have family members working at the Oregon state capitol in Salem.

I am a Salem wedding photographer and this wedding was in Salem Oregon. Jill is a high school teacher in Douglas High School in Winston, Oregon. We were acquainted because we both taught in the same district. Even though we met there, she got married up in Salem where her family lives. She was extremely photogenic and this was my first wedding with my digital camera, the Nikon D1x. I was very happy with the results. As my first time being a Salem photographer I hope to shoot here again soon!
