We all have talents and gifts that are meant to be shared. You can’t rank them as more important than another, but used or unused. The phrase “LET YOUR LIGHT SHINE” is all about using your gifts. One of mine is photography. I love what I do. I am passionate about it. Even after 20 years of photographing weddings, seniors, families, and other portraits…I still get nervous. The easiest analogy I can come up with is by using sports. You can train and practice, but when the big game comes, those butterflies are still there. It doesn’t mean I’m not confident or prepared, it just means what I’m doing means a lot and I want it to be perfect. When I hear back from clients about how amazing their photos were – IT MAKES MY DAY. That being said, I would love to be a part of your day, whether it is the milestone of being a graduating senior, or marrying your best friend on your wedding day, to just the taking a timeout during family life to tell the story of your life right now.
